President S. Georgia Nugent has announced the appointment of Nayef H. Samhat to the position of provost.
Dean Gocial to Leave Kenyon
Dean of Students Tammy Gocial has accepted an offer to become an associate vice president at a college in the St. Louis area and will leave Kenyon after this semester.
Kenyon's squash club team won its division championship recently in the College Squash Association Team National Championships in Princeton, New Jersey.

Alumni Council and Alumni Trustee Elections
Paper ballots were mailed to home addresses at the end of February. An e-mail will also be sent to those whose e-mail address is registered with Kenyon later this week. They may vote either by paper or e-mail, but may vote only once. Ballots must be received in our office on or before April 15, 2009.
